Matthew F. Dolfi, Esq.

Matthew F. Dolfi is a trial attorney with a practice focused on personal injury and complex civil litigation. He represents individuals in matters involving automobile, motorcycle, and bicycle crashes, and high-stakes personal injury cases. He has handled complex, multi-vehicle pile-up cases involving commercial trucking accidents and significant damage.

A graduate cum laude of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Dolfi has handled cases ranging from early investigation through jury trial, as well as arbitration, mediation, and early neutral evaluation. His experience includes representing individuals, engineers, accountants, contractors, and employers in disputes involving negligence, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, and large-loss subrogation. He has also appeared before administrative agencies, including the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

During law school, Mr. Dolfi served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kenneth G. Valasek and the Honorable Joseph A. Nickleach of the Court of Common Pleas of Armstrong County. He earned a Civil Litigation Certificate and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Litigation Strategy and Planning.

Mr. Dolfi was recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2008 and from 2011 through 2019. He was selected as a Super Lawyer in 2026. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and he is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
